Welcome to the Lora Lifestyle! My passion for health and fitness began in middle school and high school, where I ran cross country and track. After gaining weight in college, I started focusing on my health and haven’t looked back.
Running was my go- to which led to weight lifting, then teaching group fitness classes then branching online to build an online community for people who want to either become fit or stay fit.
I am an experienced fitness instructor with a background in public health education and nutrition research. I am currently completing my doctoral degree in Public Health to advance public health knowledge. With over seven years of experience in health analytics, I am dedicated to promoting physical well-being and healthy lifestyles. My approach includes a personalized accountability program along with training and guidance to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. I advocate for a whole food diet and regular exercise to build strength and maintain a healthy body and mind. Let me coach and encourage you on your journey to optimal health!
