Fruit and Yogurt Parfait
I Created this beautiful Fruit/ Yogurt Parfait as a pre workout Snack. This is just what you need to fuel your body since its light and easily digestible plus I made it with all plant based ingredients.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups Nonsweet Coconut Milk Yogurt
- 2 Cup of Berries ( I used Blueberries, Strawberries & Raspberries)
- 1 Trader Joe’s Organic Granola
Preparation
- Start off by Adding about 1/4 cup of yogurt to the bottom of the jar then add 1 /4 Cup Berries and 1/4 cup Granola.
- Then start another layer and alternate the yogurt, berries and granola until you reach the top of the jar. I added extra granola on top for extra crunchiness.
