A good oatmeal in the morning is always a perfect way to start the day especially when its cold outside! Here is one of my favorite oatmeal power bowl creations. Its packed with plenty of healthy fats, fiber and vitamins. This breakfast will also hold you over until lunch time because it is very hearty!
Oatmeal Power Bowl
- 1 Cup Cooked Oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp Nut Butter
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseeds
- 1/4 Cup Strawberries
- 1/4 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 BlackBerries
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
